The comment and user name will kinda disappear, but you will still have the instance of the comment on everyone's comments section. I recommend telling your myspace friends thatyou are changing accounts or deleting your profile just as a courtesy.

This will do the trick:

yes ma'am. check out mywackospace.com. there you can get all shorts of codes including the hide comment. I had to do the same because of physco chicks reading other peoples comments and then flipping out.

You can't, you have to delete them... something that I would suggest doing is going to your settings and selecting the setting so that you have to approve the comment before it is displayed on your profile!

The only foolproof way to ensure that no one is able to read comments that are left for you is to screen each comment before you allow it to be posted on your page. If you try to use one of the many "mask" codes available on the internet...it can still be viewed by others if they "view source" on the browser. Personally, everytime someone sends me a comment, I am sent an e-mail that allows me to "approve or deny" the comment that someone is trying to leave me. That way I can delete the damn thing before anyone else sees it. That is the most FOOLPROOF way to hide your comments. Otherwise, if someone wants to read your comments badly enough...they can.

Setting your myspace page to private will allow only your friends to see your page...if it is random strangers you are worried about.

You need to put your Friend ID in. In the code it will say "FRIENDIDHERE!" You need to backspace that and put in your friend ID.

To find your friend ID go to your page and in address bar it will say friendID=___________

Hmm, I'm pretty sure that's the only place you can put it! I'm sorry! But if you put a ton of "enter"s between it and your other text, it's easier to find, and won't get mixed up with your other text.

You can't get a layout that takes out the friends and comments, however, with some clever manipulation of the codes, you can remove them. My English teacher has a friend who took off her friend list because some parents were snooping and getting her in trouble at school... Now, when I am trying to post the second comment it is saying that all comments must be approved. He has never had this setting turned on before.

And, when I posted the original comment this AM it did not require approval. He has not logged in since yesterday, so I know that he did not change the setting since this morning.

Yes, go to www.pimpmyprofile.com and select a layout you like. That done, click on the tab to "tweak" the layout and you can decide whether or not those are there or not.

I go to that site for everything to do with myspace...comments, graphics, generators, layouts.....the list is endless.

Where is says height:20px make the number larger in both locations. Try that is should make it bigger.

Just change the number from 20 to whatever number you want it to be.

I have a friend on myspace who is being spammed and I an getting tons of comments which i can not delete. I tried changing my password and deleting him as a friend but neither worked. I need to get rid of these comments but the "delete my comment" button does not work. Please help!

When friends leave a comment on my page it seems like the comment is centered or something. The comment starts in the middle of their picture...not at the top. How can I make it appear like normal...starting at the top of their picture? This is messing up my comment section. I have tried to delete all my codes from my profile and start over with nothing...but the comments are still the same even when there is no codes!! Can anyone help??

check ALL sections and remove everything. sometimes people leave a table code or something in their heroes and it messes stuff up. also, if you used the myspace profile editor, go back to it and click CLEAR ALL and then click SAVE
