for example, i got a message from someone, but i want to post that message as a caption...but not just the text but the window that has the person's picture next to it.

here's all you have to do:

To capture the entire screen, press Command+Shift+3.

To capture part of a screen, press Command+Shift+4.

if you use command shift 4 then u can just drag and select the selection

Get a screenshot of it. By pressing Prt Sc. Open paint and crop it, and then save it. Go to tinypic.com and upload it to get the html code.
