HTML myspace comment box help ?

can someone tell me what part of a code and where i would have to add it in order for me to be able to change the width of the comment box and submit button, since i dont have the option :

Where is says height:20px make the number larger in both locations. Try that is should make it bigger.

u see where it says... cols=40"style="height:20px;" well change the 20px, to the size you want and do the same for the last line that says... "submit"value="submit"=style="height:20p...

Just change the number from 20 to whatever number you want it to be.
